RE: ACKNOWLEDGE CANCELLATION OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE
(TS CERT 1998-0256) FOR PARCEL #096106429025
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received one (1) Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT
1998-0256), for parcel #096106429025, from the office of the Weld County Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on the Certificate of Cancellation, marked Exhibit A, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, require the cancellation
of TS CERT 1998-0256, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to acknowledge the cancellation
of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 1998-0256) for the property described above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that cancellation of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT
1998-0256), on parcel #096106429025, by the Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is,
acknowledged.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of December, A.D., 2013.
