Date: June 4, 2013
After reviewing the bid submitted by Weld County Garage for the 2014 GMC
3500 1 Ton Truck it did not meet specifications due to the GVWR. Spradley Barr
meets all of our requirements, and we recommend accepting their bid as the low
bidder for our requested equipment for the amount of $41,373, plus additional
$12,590.00 for all the options listed, Hopper/Spreader($6570), Snow
Plow($5820), Set of Chains,Rear($200) for a grand total of $53,963.00.
This project received CMAQ funds, please refer to the agency's letter of support.
