A public hearing was conducted on January 2, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner William F. Garcia, Chair
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Sean P. Conway
Commissioner Mike Freeman
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
IR I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 16, 2012, and duly published
November 21, 2012, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of David and Kayleen Hunt, c/o A&W Water Service, Inc., for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0064, for a Mineral Resource
Development Facility, including Oil and Gas Support and Service (water hauling) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District. On January 2, 2013, Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney,
made this a matter of record.
E Diana Aungst, Department of Planning Services, requested the Board continue the matter
to February 20, 2013, to allow for consideration by the Planning Commission at a hearing which
was continued to January 15, 2013, to allow the applicant additional time to address CDOT
requirements.
El No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
ID Commissioner Rademacher moved to continue the request of David and Kayleen Hunt,
c/o A&W Water Service, Inc., for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit, USR12-0064, for a Mineral Resource Development Facility, including Oil and Gas
Support and Service (water hauling) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to February 20, 2013.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Conway, and it carried unanimously. There being
no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:14 a.m.
