As advertised, this bid is for a Ya-Ton 4X4 Regular Cab Long Box Pickup. There were two low bids
received with this solicitation that had the same pricing for the same make/model vehicle. One was
from Korf Continental and the other was from Johnson Auto Plaza Inc. Korf Continental submitted their
bid one day earlier than Johnson Auto Plaza and identified a delivery of 40-75 days. Whereas, Johnson
Auto Plaza identified a delivery date 60-90 days. Therefore, Buildings & Grounds is recommending the
bid be awarded Korf Continental.

Clerk's Note: Pursuant to Section 5-4-30.A.3 Bid regulations of
the Weld County Code, the Board voted to accept the 5th low bid from
Spradley Barr Ford Lincoln, giving preference to a resident County
bidder with a bid that was deemed competitive in price and quality.
