Missile Site Historical Park
Dear Mr. Billings:
Your above mentioned application for Federal funds as submitted to this
office has been reviewed by this agency and by the following agencies in
accordance with U. S. Bureau of the Budget Directive A-95. Pertinent
quotations from these agencies are here included. We request that you
attach these to your application, along with the attached Sign-Off Form,
or forward them to the appropriate Federal Agency if your application
has already been submitted.
USDA Soil Conservation Service
No severe erosion or pollution will take place. In fact, a plan
will be developed through the West Greeley Soil Conservation
District whereby grass seeding and tree plantings will be made.
The project will enhance the environment especially after the
conservation plan has been applied.
Colorado Office of State Planning and Budgeting
Suggest applicant coordinate project with the Colorado State
Historical Society to determine eligibility to receive Federal
and State funds for purposes indicated. Funding not recom-
mended until eligibility determined and State funds requested
are appropriated by the State Legislature.

Cannot say that the proposed project, the Missile Site Historic
Park will not have an affect on a historic site as it is such a
site. We do however, happily state that it will be a beneficial
affect.
Colorado Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation
Appears to be in accord with the state comprehensive plan.
Colorado Joint Budget Committee
No response received.
Colorado Rural Development Committee, Region 2
No response received.
Colorado Division of Planning
This agency has no objection to the funding of this application.
