The Weld County Council met in a Special Meeting in full conformity with the Weld County
Home Rule Charter on Monday, March 4, 2013, at the Weld County Administration Building,
Greeley, CO.
ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by President Mueller and on roll call the
following members were present, constituting a quorum of members thereof:
Councilman Don Mueller
Councilwoman Marge Klein
Councilman Brett Abernathy
Councilman Bernard C. Kinnick
Also present: Karleen Watson, Council Secretary.
la NEW BUSINESS:
Council went into an Executive Session to discuss the vacancy of the At -Large seat on the
Council and then returned to Regular Session.
After discussion, Councilman Abernathy made a motion to appoint Jeffrey T. Hare to fill the At -
Large seat for the remainder of the current term, which will end December 31, 2014. The
motion was seconded by Councilwoman Klein and carried.
Councilman Kinnick made a motion to adopt Resolution 199 appointing Jeffrey T. Hare to the
At -Large seat for the remainder of the current term, which will end December 31, 2014. The
motion was seconded by Councilman Abernathy and carried.
ADJOURNMENT: By acclamation, the meetirig was adjour;;,d\=t 8:04 a.m.
