I am applying for a Special Use permit to allow overnight parking of typically 3
semi tractors and up to 5 semi trailers on approximately 10 acre parcel that I own.
As a part of the application I am required to notify the mineral rights holder of this
request So far as we can detemine BNSF is the current owner of the mineral
rights. Our application will be reviewed by the County on or about May 1, 2013.
No response is required by BNSF unless they have an objection to said
application.
A public hearing is scheduled for August 20, 2013 on the above matter. Your
attendance or response is not required unless you have objections not previously
