So, are we being done "C&H excavating style"?
Clearly they are using the property as they intend allready_ There are
now and have been multiple semis, cranes, backhoes, junk trailers, etc.
My 6 small children all woke up this morning again, because of the
reverberation of the semis bouncing off our house. Why are there even
zoning laws if you are going to let them do whatever they please? They
dont belong on this road. We will be fighting them. ( i know it wont
do any good, because you let C&H do whatever they want to do). This is
an out of state business, you wont even be getting tax revenue from.
All their vehicles are titled in Wyoming. They wont pay the road and
bridge fees. And when they oil field drys up again(and it will), they
will leave our area forever damaged, yet we will remain.
This time I will get all the Denver media outlets involved. I will
give them your name as point of contact.
