We purchased the property for $447.100.00 therefore we believe that should be market value. This property was on the market for a considerable amount of time and had three offers. Our offer was the largest and therefore we believe that is market value. The finishes in the house are substandard; hollow core doors, not granite countertops and overall condition is average for ten years ago.
