A public hearing was conducted on September 25, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., with the following
present:
Commissioner William F. Garcia, Chair
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher, Pro -Tern
Commissioner Sean P. Conway - EXCUSED
Commissioner Mike Freeman
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Susan Brown
Assistant County Attorney, Brad Yatabe
Planning Department representative, Kim Ogle
The following business was transacted:
OD I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated August 16, 2013, and duly published
August 21, 2013, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Anadarko E&P Onshore, LLC, do Kerr McGee Oil and Gas Onshore, LP, for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR13-0033, for Mineral
Resource Development Facilities, Oil and Gas Support and Service (Class II Oilfield Waste
Disposal Facility — Saltwater Injection Facility) and one 70 -foot in height communications tower
in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter
of record.
la Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, requested a continuance to October 23,
2013, to accommodate the applicant's request to have Mr. Troy Swain, Department of Public
Health and Environment, available to attend this hearing.

El Chair Garcia opened the floor to public comment and none was made.
Commissioner Conway made a motion to continue the matter to October 23, 2013, at
10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Kirkmeyer, and it carried unanimously.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
