Per discussion with the application on September 16, 2013, 100% of the traffic will be between the site and HWY 60 utilizing CR 40 and the traffic narrative describes the number of vehicle trips on the high end. The average daily trips calculated using the information in the application and confirmed by the applicant is approximately 61 trips/day. The average daily traffic on CR 40 in 2012 was 185 vehicles per day. The number of additional vehicles on the County maintained roadway triggers Magnesium Chloride application for dust control.
