Weed and Pest Division - #61300069
The Weld County Public Works DepartmentNVeed and Pest Division requested bids for herbicides for the 2013
spray season through MAPO (Municipal Assembly for Procurement Officials). The bids have been received and
are being evaluated to find the low bidder that meets County specifications with priority placed on local vendors
for each item.
Over the year, local vendors have provided support by answering questions, checking on problems, providing
education and assisting with local presentations and workshops.
This initial order will be for product needed to start the spring spray season. Additional orders will be placed as
needed later in the summer and fall.

This will be brought back before you on March 25th with the recommended chemicals to be purchased at
the prices shown from the low bid supplier. This initial order will be for product needed to start the spring
spray season. Additional orders will be placed as needed later in the summer and fall.
