RE: REVOKE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CHARLES LEE FOR USE AT NO CHARGE
OF WELD COUNTY WELL WATER IN KEOTA, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on September 27, 2006, by Resolution #2006-2709, the Board approved a
"License Agreement For Use At No Charge of Weld County Well Water In Keota, Colorado" ("the
Lee Keota License Agreement"), which granted to Charles Lee "a revocable license to install and
maintain a water tap and use County water at no charge at Parcel #046734003005 with a Legal
Description of L7-12 AND E2N2 BLK 10 1ST ADD TO KEOTA so long as Mr. Lee works for Weld
County," and
WHEREAS, Mr. Lee no longer works for Weld County, and, therefore, the Board wishes to
revoke the Lee Keota License Agreement on October 15, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Lee Keota License Agreement be, and hereby is, revoked as of
October 15, 2013.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that staff is directed to immediately notify
Mr. Lee of this Resolution.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of September, A.D., 2013.
