WHEREAS, pursuant to law, the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, is vested with the responsibility of administering
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board that there is a
need to establish a procedure pertaining to all Federal and/or State
grant applications and applications of intent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that until further Order of
the Board, that all future Federal and/or State grant applications and
applications of intent be first submitted in writing to the Board of
County Ccmu.ssioners, during a regular board meeting, for its review and
approval before being presented to any Federal, State, or Regional boards,
commissions, departments, or administrations.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of May ,
