RE: 2013 Financial Assurance Review
Denver Regional Landfill (South) - SW/WLD/DRL/1.3.
Dear Mr. Gudgel:
The Solid Waste Unit of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Hazardous
Materials and Waste Management Division (the "Division") has conducted a review of the Financial
Assurance compliance for. the Denver Regional Landfill. The Financial Assurance Submittal was
reviewed for compliance with Section 1.8 of the Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and
Facilities, 6 CCR 1007-2 (the "Regulations"). As a result from the Department's review and analysis,
the Division hereby approves Denver Regional Landfill's 2013 Financial Assurance mechanism.
The Division is authorized to bill for its financial assurance review pursuant to Section 1.7 of the
Regulations, and an invoice will be transmitted under separate cover. If you have any questions
