Evidence of Adequate Water Supply
Potable water will be provided during construction by the contractor. After construction, the site will be
unmanned, and no water is deemed necessary for the site. In the event of a fire, water or fire retardants
would be transported to the site.

-Additional bottles at $7.69 a piece
-We do charge a $6.00 per bottle deposit only at the beginning of service on first set of bottles(refunded on
the last bill when acct is cancelled)
-Energy surcharge fee $2.37 (slightly variable each month)
-1 year agreement with $100 early cancellation fee

Temporary sewage disposal units will be provided by the contractor during construction. After
construction, the site will be unmanned, and sewage disposal has been deemed unnecessary.
