RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO BUILDING TRADES ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bowen Winter be appointed to said committee,
as the large independent general contractor representative, to replace Douglas Graff, and that Dusty
Rhoades be appointed as the heating contractor representative, to replace Marion Richter, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Bowen Winter and Dusty Rhoades to
said committee in the positions listed above, each with a term to expire April 10, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Bowen Winter and Dusty Rhoades be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Building Trades Advisory Committee, each with a term to expire April 10, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 30th day of December, A.D., 2013.
