Township 5 North, Range 64 West.
Dear Mr. Ogle
DCP Midstream is proposing to change the name of the "LaSalle Gas
Plant", to the "O'Connor Gas Plant", and respectfully requests
authorization to execute the facility name change, effective immediately.
Per our telephone conversation, this letter will be placed in the Weld
County Department of Planning Services USR-1792 file, and serve as
notice of name change. Please let me know if there is anything else DCP
Midstream needs to do to affect the facility name change.
