At this point in time, Noble Energy intends to construct a 70' tower on the property. As part of USR13-0013, the tower was permitted to be up to 100' tall to provide flexibility and avoid the need for another USR if plans changed and Noble needed a tower taller than 70'. Noble plans to use the top 30' of the 70' tower for their equipment. This leaves 40' open at the bottom of the tower. However, this 40' will not be useable for communication equipment because of the other structures permitted at Keota around the tower and general topography will interfere with radio signals. Therefore, co -location on this tower is not a feasible option. Sincerely, Noble Energy, Inc.
