THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED ("DEED") is executed this CQ day of March, 2013, by and
between KERR-MCGEE GATHERING I,LC, whose address is 1099 18th Street, Suite 1800,
Denver, Colorado 80202 ("GRANTOR") and KERR-MCGEE GATHERING TLC, whose
address is 1099 18th Street, Suite 1800, Denver, Colorado 80202 ("GRANTEE").
RECITALS
A. GRANTOR is the owner of a parcel of land ("Parcel A") located in the
NW'/., of Section 14, Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., which was acquired
by GRANTOR by Deed dated December 28, 2001 and recorded January 2, 2002 at
Reception No. 2913150 of the records of the Office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder,
Weld County, Colorado and Parcel A is described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
B. GRANTOR is also the owner of a parcel of land ("Parcel B") located in the
NW'/ of Section 14, Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., which was acquired
by GRANTOR by General Warranty Deed dated December 10, 2012 and recorded December
13, 2010 at Reception No. 3738547 of the records of the Office of the Weld County Clerk
and Recorder, Weld County, Colorado and Parcel B is described on Exhibit "B" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
C. Parcel A and Parcel B are immediately adjacent to one another and share
certain common boundaries.
D. By the execution and delivery of this conveyance unto itself, GRANTOR and
GRANTEE desire to combine Parcel A and Parcel B to create a single new parcel ("Parcel
C") which is described on Exhibit "C-1" and depicted on Exhibit "0-2", both of which are
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
GRANTOR has BARGAINED. SOLD, RELEASED AND FOREVER QUFI' CLAIMED,
and by these presents does BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM
unto GRANTEE the property described herein as Parcel A and Parcel B, for the purpose of
combing the lands and title thereto into a single parcel of land referred to above as Parcel C,
subject to existing rights, easements, rights -of way, reservations, and exceptions that are
listed on prior deeds, that are listed on Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "13", or are of public record.

of ingress and egress for the purposes of exploring, drilling and recovering such minerals in
and under the Northwest Quarter of said Section 14 EXCEPT the following tract:

distance of 1050.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South
