RE: DESIGNATION OF ROOM 316 OF THE WELD COUNTY CENTENNIAL CENTER
AS PART OF THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY TREASURER OF WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING TAX SALES RE: DELIN-
QUENT REAL ESTATE TAXES.
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer of Weld County, Colorado, is
required by law to conduct sales of real estate for delinquent
taxes, and,
WHEREAS, the present facilities of the Weld County Treasurer
are inadequate for the purpose of conducting public sales for
delinquent real estate taxes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Room 316 of the Weld
County Centennial Center be and hereby is designated as a portion
of the office of the County Treasurer of Weld County, Colorado,
for the purpose of conducting sales of real estate for delinquent
taxes whenever said sales are required by law to be conducted by
the County Treasurer of Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 18th day
of August, A.D. , 1976.
