RE: Can Serve - Water Service
Dear Mr. Johnston:
This letter is in response to a request for water service to serve the following property described as
follows:
Part of SW ''A Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 68 West, Weld County, Golorado
Water service can be made available to the above described property provided all requirements of
Central Weld County Water District, Northern Golorado Water Conservancy District and the U. S.
Bureau of Reclamation are satisfied. @entral Weld @ounty Water District will require that Tap
Assignments be consummated prior to the setting of a tap or this letter shaltbecome and void unless
extended in writing bythe District. Subdivisions requiring 10 or more taps will' be required to purchase
and transfer mw water priorto District approval. Please note that it is your responsibility to contact
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District M400-369-7246 tornetitionine confirmation into
the Northern Colorado Water 'Qos servancv District and the Subdistrict of Northern Colorado
Water Qonseryancy District (Windy .Cap). 'Central Veld cannot issue a tap Until all:requirements
are satisfied. This'is,in accordance with the Rules. and Regulations o/iN0tthern (dolorado.,Water
:Conservancy District Central Weld cannot issue atap until all requirements are satisfied. A reviewof
'the District's system in this water service:area will need.tobe done prior to watertaps being sold.
Due to the rapid cost increaseof raw water, existing tap fees may not apply for water service to this
property, The District will not notify, by separate letter, any prospective landowners or land purchasers
of tap fee:or line extension cost increases. The cost of a tap fee and/orline extension will,haye tote paid
in advance to the District by the prospective customer in accordance with District policy within one (1)
year • from the date of this letter

required for your project:
