WHEREAS , a hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 13th day of December, 1976 at 2 : 00 o'clock P.M. , concerning the extension of certain weed control districts located in Weld County, Colorado, to-wit: Windsor-Severance District No. 1 Johnstown District No. 2 St. Vrain District No. 3 Milliken-LaSalle-Kersey District No. 7 and, WHEREAS , petitions were presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, requesting extension of the termination dates of the above named districts from December 31, 1976 to December 31, 1981, and WHEREAS, evidence was taken by the Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County, Colorado, and it appearing to the Board that the extension of the termination dates of the above described weed control districts should, in the best interests of Weld County, Colorado, be extended from December 31, 1976 to December 31, 1981. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that pursuant to Section 35-5-104 (7) , CRS 1973 , as amended, that the termination date of the above named weed control districts in Weld County, Colorado, be, and the same are hereby extended from December 31 , 1976 to December 31, 1981. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of December, A.D. , 1976.
