(Corrected as to Exhibit "A" removing three Accounts (R8022699, R8022799, and
R8022899) from being Administratively Denied, as the property records were
verified/corrected and determined to have different ownership than the petitioner.)
RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING 2013 BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
DECISIONS REGARDING PETITIONER APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, convened as
the Board of Equalization for the purpose of adjusting, equalizing, raising or lowering the
assessment and valuation of real and personal property within Weld County, fixed and made by the
County Assessor for the year 2013, and
WHEREAS, petitions were heard before the County Assessor and due Notice of
Determination thereon were given to the taxpayer(s), and
WHEREAS, certain taxpayers, as listed in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference, presented petitions of appeal of the County Assessor's valuation for the year
2013, claiming that the property described in said petitions was incorrectly assessed, as more
specifically stated in said petitions, and
WHEREAS, the Board has made its findings on the evidence, testimony and remonstrances
and is now fully informed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, acting as the Board of Equalization, that the evidence presented at the various hearings
fully supported the value placed upon the property as set forth on Exhibit "A." The assessment and
valuation of the Weld County Assessor shall be, and hereby is, adjusted to reflect those values
shown on Exhibit "A."
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 26 day of August, A.D., 2013.

Stephanie and Esther,
I just got off the phone with Brad Brooks, and believe I have cleared up the Stoneybrook
MH Park issues. The park itself was sold to Stoneybrook Estates LLC in December of last
year. The other three outlots have never sold, and are still listed in the name of
Stoneybrook, LLC (Brad Brooks). When the new owners of the park protested this May,
they included all four of the parcels, even though they didn't own three of them and
therefore, did not have standing nor authorization to protest them.
Therefore, we have removed both the protest along with the appeal to the CBOE for the
three parcels owned by Stoneybrook, LLC (Accounts R8022699, R8022799, and
R8022899).
We have let stand the one parcel for the MH Park (R8022399 — Stoneybrook Estates,
LLC) that was legitimately protested and then appealed to the CBOE, and then
subsequently requested an Administrative Denial. We are currently waiting for that
parcel to be appealed to the BAA or Binding Arbitration.

Stoneybrook parcels (see attached). He indicated this was not a recent sale but, rather, he has not owned them since
1998! Would you guys mind calling him to find out the particulars and let me know if I need to do anything further?
