RE: CORRECT RESOLUTION DATED MARCH 28 , 1979 CONCERNING APPROVAL
TO PURCHASE USED BOMAG MODEL 220 ROLLER FOR WELD COUNTY
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on March 28 , 1979 , the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolution approving the pur-
chase of a used Bomag Model 220 roller for the Weld County
Engineering Department, and
WHEREAS, the trade-in price of the Roller Ferguson SN 8-12121
was inadvertently typed as $1 ,225. 00 when it should have been
$1,125. 00 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to correct the resolu-
tion of March 28 , 1979 to reflect the correct trade-in price of
the Roller Ferguson SN 8-12121 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the resolution of March 28 ,
1979 be, and hereby is , corrected to reflect the correct trade-in
price of $1,125 .00 for the Roller Ferguson SN 8-12121.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
April, A.D. , 1979 .
