has filed its Motion with this Court
seeking an order of this Court authorizing a Public Trustee ' s Sale under
a power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust executed by
Robert D. Munroe
to the Public Trustee to secure a Promissory Note of even date therewith
in the original principal sum of $ 54, 00000 , which Deed of Trust
is dated Angltct 11 , 1972 , and recorded August 22 , 19 72 .
