RE: REPEAL AND RE-ENACT APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY EMERGENCY
MEDICAL/TRAUMA SERVICES COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on March 20, 2013, by Resolution #2013-0761, the Board Repealed and
Re -Enacted the Bylaws of the Weld County Emergency Medical/Trauma Services Council, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said bylaws, the Board has been presented with a new
membership list, marked Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to repeal all previous appointments and
re-enact the appointed membership and their alternates to said board, with various terms to
expire as noted in Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that all previous appointments be, and hereby are, repealed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the re-enacted membership and their
alternates be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld County Emergency Medical/Trauma
Services Council, all with terms to expire as noted in Exhibit A.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of March, A.D., 2013.
