Bill — This letter is about your recent proposals and your courage in Weld County.
(Before you read my letter Bill think for a moment about "The Butterfly Effect" - the theory about
how one flap of a butterfly's wings can totally change an entire continent's weather - -
http://www.uh.edu/engines/epi652.htm /http.//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butterfly_effect. Maybe your
actions in Weld County are one flap of a butterfly's wings, maybe this letter is another.)
You are more right than you realize, but secession is not the answer. - - - It's time for a new
paradigm, my friend.
Did you know underdogs who fight wars by conventional means seldom win, while those
underdogs (insurgents) who fight unconventionally win 67% of the time? Think about the liberal
socialists (Democrats) who took over Colorado and their new strategies.
It's time for Bold Proposals to "Cut 'em off at the pass, boys!" as they said in the old Western
movies with the posse chasing after the bank robbers who were far ahead of them. To change
the game and the rules dramatically to put ourselves out in front.
IT'S TIME TO REDRAW THE MAP OF NORTH AMERICA
(Please, no hysterical gasps. The map of the USA has changed in my lifetime with the addition
of Alaska and Hawaii. The map of Europe seems to change every few years. Scotland may
soon be independent. 30%+ of the countries in the United Nations are new within the last 50
years.)
It's time to stop whining about all the inequities being visited upon us by the National Political
Crime Syndicate now running the United States government (aka The Democratic Party). It's
time to address the real issue and stop with the pathetic, panting, Pavlovian, knee-jerk
responses to Barack Obama's manipulations. We need a fundamentally different approach to
the problems (and people) now crippling the United States.
The time has come to move to what is the true political division of North America — not
just Colorado. For more than a century, political and academic elites within the USA have been
systematically redefining the county to meet their own versions of life and society. In the
process they have become ever more corrupt and dictatorial. These elites, whether they call
themselves "Progressives", "Socialists", "Marxists", "Communists", "Liberals" or (now)
"Democrats", have a vision for America fundamentally at odds with America's Founders and
with the best interests of the average American.
So, it's time to let them have what they want ... or at least a portion of it. After all, the poor
things have worked so hard for it, lied so much, stolen so much money and so many elections,
destroyed so many honest people - - they deserve it. It's time for a divorce.
The first bold proposal the Alexandrian stroke to eliminate the Gordian Knot and retake the
initiative, is to Redraw the Map of North America. There is a natural alignment between the
socialists in the USA and Canada. Those sections of both countries where socialist fantasies
are most ingrained are contiguous to one another ... around the Great Lakes . so let them
join each other.
2013-3145
#1: Give the Socialists their own country - The Union of North American Socialist States.
The UNASS. (pronounced You An Ass) From Canada — ON PQ The Maritimes. From the USA
— ME NH VT MA RI CT NY NJ PA DE MD DC MI WI MN IA and northern IL IN OH.
The UNASS will be a compact country of 130 Million grouped around the Great Lakes. It will
have significant resources, including the urban oases of Newark, Detroit, Cleveland,
Philadelphia, Gary IN, the South Bronx, Washington DC, and Baltimore that the Democrats
National Political Crime Syndicate (NPSC) has created over the last 50 years, and so much
more. It will be a Socialist Paradise and an example to the world what people like Barack
Obama can accomplish when they have their own country to dominate, plunder and ruin, just as
totalitarian thieves like them have done for centuries.
(A benefit for the NPCS in the UNASS and their "Green Energy Agenda" is that the new
geographic alignment will exclude almost all of those nasty petrochemical resources.)
#2: The remainder of the USA and Canada can join to form The United States & Provinces of
North America, The USPNA, organized along conservative / libertarian practical, ethical,
economically sound, free market and God-fearing principles for free people — as the American
Founders intended.
Visualize this for yourself. Draw it out on a map. (Make sure you draw a line from the SE corner
of Iowa to the SW corner of Pennsylvania. North of that line belongs to UNASS, south of it to the
USPNA.- Didn't Lincoln fear that southern OH IN IL would join the Confederacy?) Doesn't it
make sense?
Not only do we need to give the Socialists their own country, in doing so we can simultaneously
restore to us conservatives the long-term strategic advantage.
Think about the socio-political consequences of Redrawing the Map of North America. The
Socialists' heartland that has voted progressive for generations is suddenly taken out of the
political equation. Conservatives and Libertarians are now a definite majority in the new
USPNA. There will be Socialist pockets left, but with changes to the educational sector, to
unions, to government entitlement programs, and to illegal immigration they can be quickly
reformed and persuaded that a society operating on Conservative / Libertarian principles will
provide a better future for them.
Doesn't this make more sense than tearing ourselves apart over socio-political differences that
have persisted for over 200 years and are so divergent they may never be resolved? The
blessing will be a much more harmonious society in each new country, without this incessant
tearing at one another as we now have in the USA.
After all, The United States of America today is not really "united" and except for brief interludes
during WWI and WWII has not been for 200 years. The USA is really two countries with
fundamentally different cultural and governmental preferences. Today, one USA is controlled by
bosses — union bosses, political bosses and bureaucratic regulators. This country's government
is authoritarian, trending totalitarian and writes its own laws ad hoc, violating written laws it
doesn't like. It's culture is openly anti -religious and moral only in the sense of having an
extemporaneous moral code defined by the whims of the moment. Most of the "citizens" in this
USA seem to want a fascist, mafia-culture, increasingly controlled by National Political Crime
Syndicate and a crime boss masquerading as a political leader - to steal as much as possible
from producers and give it to anyone the NPCS wants to buy off.
Granted, there will be a minority of people in each new country with a different socio-political
attitude. Let's make it easy for them to move to the more congenial environment in the other
country. Let's have a 3 year period for people to freely move, trade, swap, barter, sell, buy or
whatever they need to relocate — without taxes or any sort of regulatory or financial imposition.
That is the initial bold proposal, Redrawing the Map of North America.
Bold ideas have a way of becoming reality - Remember - underdogs win 67% of the wars
they wage, if they do so using unconventional strategies.
***The next step is to decide how to organize the USPNA government to incorporate the best of
The United States Constitution while adjusting it for 21st century challenges, to minimize
corruption and to allow a free market economy to flourish.
Isn't the fundamental problem now is the same as it was in 1776 and which The Founders tried
their best to address then - - the inherent corruptibility of man?
Here are some ideas to minimize the federal government's impact on our lives and to separate
our politicians as far as possible from our pocketbooks:
* Have Congress meet only on odd alternate months — Jan March May July September
November. Other months they are in their home districts meeting and working with constituents.
* Term Limits - Establish irrevocable term limits for members of Congress (12 years) and
Supreme Court Judges — every other year replace the most senior Judge. This would limit the
damage government could do.
* Federal Departments - Start by eliminating the national cabinet -level departments of
Education, Commerce, Labor, Housing & Urban Development, and Energy. Examined critically,
each of these federal departments is a political gimmee and each impacts free markets
negatively.
* Subsidies - Eliminate ALL government subsidies of any businesses, industries or individuals in
the USPNA. Eliminate meddling by the national government in the economy. In other words,
eliminate all business subsidy programs of any type, including federal meddling in the student
loan market, and federal meddling in the home mortgage market. Prohibit the federal
government from involving itself in "insurance" programs of any type. Leave that to private
providers.
* Taxes - Reform the Tax Code so it is a single Flat Tax for Income (10%), with no deductions
and no exemptions at all. It could begin at the same age an individual was eligible to vote and
run until age 75. Create a similar Flat Tax for businesses (.1%) based on gross revenue.
Eliminate all deductions and exemptions of any kind whatsoever. Or do not tax business
revenues at all. Ban other federal taxes, especially"estate" or "inheritance" taxes — that is
outright theft. (This would have the salutary effect of downsizing any IRS by 95% or more.)
The core problem here is how to eliminate even the potential for corruption by members of the
federal government when it comes to legislation or regulation effecting the tax code or the
economy. It is an incredibly difficult challenge. For example - - -
• Allow no changes in the tax code except in the 6 months prior to a biannual general
election, so the change is fresh in the minds of the electorate.
• Any change can only be in the tax RATE and that by full percentage points only — i.e.
from 10% to 11% or 9%, 8%, etc.
• Require a 2/3's majority of the House to pass the change.
• Any proposed change must be made known to the public at least two months prior to the
vote on it.
* Race - Eliminate all tracking in any way of race or ethnicity by the federal government.
Eliminate any and all federal policies based in any way on race or ethnicity. This divides people
into groups and pits them against one another. As Martin Luther King Jr said "...live in a nation
. where they will not be judged by the color of their skin; but by the content of their
character." If people are curious about their race or ethnicity, let them hire one of the DNA
analysis services.
* Unions - Ban and eliminate all government employee unions. The inevitable corruption and
malfeasance that pervades these types of unions and their associations with politicians has
become glaringly obvious and cannot be tolerated. Make the entire USPNA "right-to-work" and
prohibit any forced unionization or coerced collection of union dues. Eliminate and ban
government agencies promoting "labor rights".
* Healthcare Reform: For starters, eliminate government meddling in the healthcare market and
related healthcare insurance market, which distorts and damages services. Instead, focus on
making the data available to citizens about costs and the results healthcare providers have
historically delivered so they can intelligently decide what is best for them. For example, post
costs of all procedures, compared with national averages, and the results by provider. Introduce
true competition. Customer feedback blogs can be an important part of this process. Establish a
national market for healthcare insurance which will allow for lower costs by distributing risk over
broader populations. Let private insurers in a free market decide on insurance costs without
government interference. Ban government provision of health services or insurance.
There is more, so much more that can be done to structure a new country for ourselves. Maybe
that is what Mark Levin's Constitutional Convention can focus on, rather than trying to apply
band -aids to the gaping wounds in today's body politic.
Best -

P.S: After living for 25 years in Boulder County I just had to get out of there and felt like
Colorado itself was getting too socialist, so I moved to Alabama.
