RE: AUTHORIZATION OF PURCHASE OF SIX MOTOR GRADERS FROM WAGNER
EQUIPMENT COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the County of Weld is now presently leasing six
(6) motor graders from Wagner Equipment Company, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been ad-
vised that they have an option to purchase all of said graders
for the total sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($260, 000 . 00)
and that said funds are available in the budget, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deem it in the best interest of Weld County to exercise
said option and to purchase from Wagner Equipment Company, the
six (6) motor graders now being leased from Wagner Equipment
Company for the total purchase price of $260 , 000 . 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Weld County forthwith
exercise its option and purchase the six (6) motor graders now
on lease from the Wagner Equipment Company.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
June, A.D. , 1977 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 13th day of June, A.D. , 1977.

Gentlemen:
Attached are copies of your purchase order and voucher #21445W
covering final payment per our agreement between Wagner Equip-
ment Co. and Weld County on six motor graders. This agreement
was made between the Weld County Commissioners and M. L. Jameson,
General Sales Manager of Wagner Equipment Co. , May 25, 1977,
that the payoff on the motor graders, including interest, would be
$260, 000. instead of $277,474.
We wish to thank you for this business and hope to be favored with
more in the future.
