RE: APPROVAL OF SITE APPLICATION OF FLATIRON SERVICE COMPANY
FOR A SEPTIC TANK AND SEEPAGE BED AND AUTHORIZATION FOR
CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE SAME.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Flatiron ServiceCompany has requested approval of
a site application for a septic tank and seepage bed, and
WHEREAS, due to the size and the number of people using
said system, State approval is required, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recom-
mended that said application be approved by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado and further that the
Chairman of the Board be authorized to sign the same, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable and in the best interests of Weld
County to approve said application and authorize the Chairman
of the Board to sign the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the site application
of Flatiron ServiceCompany for a septic tank and seepage bed
be, and hereby is , approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman of
the Board of County Commissioners be, and hereby is , authorized
to sign the same.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
May, A.D. , 1979 .
