RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to law, the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, is vested with the responsibility of admin-
istering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board that due to
certain road work accomplished in the area of 3100 23rd Avenue,
Greeley, Colorado, that Weld County limited the ability of
Mr. Vincent Streck to transport water to certain trees upon said
property located at 3100 23rd Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Vincent Streck has agreed that just compen-
sation for said watering limitation would be the sum of Nine
Dollars ($9. 00) per year so long as Mr. Streck continues to own
said property and reside thereon, and
WHEREAS, after careful review and consideration of the
agreement of Mr. Vincent Streck as set forth herein, the Board
believes it to be in the best interests of the County to accept
the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that pursuant to an agree-
ment with Mr. Vincent Streck of 3100 23rd Avenue, Greeley,
Colorado, that the sum of Nine Dollars ($9. 00) per year shall be
paid to Mr. Streck as just compensation for the watering limita-
tion recited herein and that said payment should continue so long
as Mr. Streck is the owner of and resides on the propery located
at 3100 23rd Avenue, Greeley, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th
day of June, A. D. , 1976.

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 22nd day
of June, 1976, by and between Vincent Streck and the
County of Weld of the State of Colorado, a Political Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises
and covenants of the parties as are hereinafter contained,
it is understood and agreed as follows :
1. Weld will compensate to Mr. Streck of 3100
23rd Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, exactly
Nine Dollars ($9 .00) to be drawn from the
County General Fund.
2. That sum of Nine Dollars ($9 . 00) per year
shall be paid to Mr. Streck as just compensation
for the watering limitation recited in the
resolution dated June 7 , 1976. Said payment
should continue so long as Mr. Streck is the
owner of and resides on the property located
at 3100 23rd Avenue, Greeley, Colorado
